Privacy First
All Apps-iOSMac applications are designed with your privacy as a top priority. Here is our commitment to you:
Some of our apps require specific macOS permissions to function. Here is what each permission is used for:
A: First, verify your macOS version meets the minimum requirement (macOS 12.0 or later, some apps require 14.0+). Try moving the app to the Applications folder if you haven't already. If a "damaged" or "unidentified developer" warning appears, go to System Settings > Privacy & Security and click "Open Anyway." If the issue persists, restart your Mac and try again.
A: Go to System Settings > Privacy & Security. Find the relevant permission category (Screen Recording, Accessibility, Files & Folders, etc.) and ensure the app is checked. You may need to click the lock icon to make changes. Some permissions require restarting the app after being granted.
A: Open the Applications folder in Finder, locate the app, and drag it to the Trash. For a clean removal, you may also want to check ~/Library/Preferences/ for any leftover configuration files (e.g., files starting with the app's bundle identifier) and ~/Library/Application Support/ for any app data folders.
A: No. All Apps-iOSMac applications process data entirely on your local machine. None of our apps upload your data to any cloud servers, third-party services, or external APIs. Your data stays on your device at all times.
A: The best way is to submit an issue on our GitHub Issues page. Please include your macOS version, app version, and a detailed description of the issue or suggestion. You can also email us directly at 361512234@qq.com.
A: All Apps-iOSMac applications are currently free to use. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or license fees. If this changes in the future, we will clearly communicate it to all users.
A: Some features may work with limited functionality if permissions are denied. However, core features of certain apps (e.g., CleanShot without Screen Recording, JiaRemoteMac without Accessibility) will not function properly. We only request permissions that are essential for the app's primary purpose, and we never use them for any other purpose.
