About This App
JiaRemoteMac is the macOS host component of the JiaRemote system. It runs as a background service on your Mac, allowing remote connection and control from a Windows client over your local network.

Privacy Commitment: All communication occurs exclusively over your local network. No screen data, keystrokes, or any other information is ever transmitted over the internet or to any third-party server.

Troubleshooting
- Client cannot find my Mac - Ensure both devices are on the same local network. Check that your firewall is not blocking port 5900.
- Screen is black on the client - Screen Recording permission may not be granted. Re-check in System Preferences and restart the app.
- Mouse or keyboard not working remotely - Accessibility permission may be missing. Remove and re-add JiaRemoteMac in Accessibility settings.
- Connection drops frequently - Check your Wi-Fi signal strength. For best performance, use a wired Ethernet connection.
