Troubleshooting
- Compression not reducing file size - Some file formats (like already-compressed JPEG) have limited compression headroom. Try lowering the quality setting.
- Batch processing stops mid-way - One or more files may be corrupted or in an unsupported format. Check the error log for details.
- Output images look pixelated - The quality setting may be too low. Increase the quality slider and recompress.
- App cannot open certain images - Ensure the file is a supported format and is not corrupted. Try opening it in Preview first.
