This Privacy Policy explains how Eat Less (管住嘴) (the "App") handles your information when you use it.
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. All data created while using the App — including challenge records, check-in history, and coin balances — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's UserDefaults system. No data is ever uploaded to any server.
The App offers coin top-ups via Apple's StoreKit framework. All payment transactions are processed directly by Apple. The App itself does not have access to your payment information, including credit card numbers, Apple ID credentials, or billing details.
On launch, the App fetches a JSON configuration file from a remote URL (hosted on GitHub Gist). This request is strictly limited to downloading UI text content. No device identifiers, usage data, or personal information is included in this request.
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, crash reporting tools, or tracking services. Your use of the App is entirely private.
All app data is stored locally on your device. Deleting the App will permanently erase all associated data, including challenge history and coin balances. This data cannot be recovered. We recommend treating your achievements as part of your personal growth journey — they exist only on your device.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the App.
