Coin System
Coins are a virtual currency within the App. They are purchased via Apple In-App Purchase at a rate of 1 coin = 1 CNY (or equivalent in your local currency). Coins have no real-world value outside the App and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash. They exist solely as a commitment mechanism to help you stay disciplined.

How do I purchase coins?
Open the App and tap the "Recharge" button on the home screen or the amount selection screen. Choose an amount and confirm the purchase through Apple's payment sheet.
What happens if I miss a check-in?
Missing a check-in means the challenge is considered failed. The coins you staked will be used. This is by design โ it's the mechanism that keeps you honest.
Can I get a refund for unused coins?
All coin purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Please choose your recharge amount carefully.
Is my data backed up to the cloud?
No. All data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, all data is permanently lost. There is no cloud sync or backup feature.
Can I undo a check-in?
Yes. You can tap the check-in button again on the same day to undo it. The final status is settled at midnight.
Does the app provide medical or dietary advice?
No. Eat Less is purely a motivational and tracking tool. It does not provide medical, dietary, or nutritional advice. Please consult a healthcare professional for health-related concerns.
Can I change the challenge duration after starting?
No. Once a challenge has started, the duration and coin amount are locked. This ensures the integrity of the challenge. You can start a new challenge after completing or failing the current one.

By downloading, installing, or using Eat Less, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Description
The App is a self-discipline habit tracking tool. It provides challenge-based check-in functionality backed by a virtual coin system. All data is stored locally on your device.
2. Coin Purchases
Coins are purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system. All sales are final. Coins have no cash value and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred. Coins can only be used within the App for the purpose of starting challenges.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to check in truthfully. Missing a check-in results in the staked coins being used. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage the App or impair anyone else's use of it.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to software code, design, and branding, are owned by the developer.
5. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
